Have you considered the inexpensive
custom print medium available?
When you order my photographic art you have many choices of medium available for your chosen artwork, in a wide variety of prices. Choose from glossy, matte, metallic, Giclee and unstretched canvas.
These choices can seem confusing. Especially since my discounts stand out, in that they apply to any and all photos, in any and all mediums, including custom orders. Most companies apply discounts to a narrow choice of featured pieces. My way expands your choices vastly, and can sometimes expand confusion exponentially. But I'm here for you. It's my pleasure to assist you with information that may help take the confusion out of buying art prints.
Let's talk about the less expensive print medium.
Times are hard financially, so we all look for the bargains without sacrificing the quality. Most customers are familiar with matte and glossy prints. But, if you choose to custom order, there are equally inexpensive choices that are just beautiful.
Supra Luster paper raises the glossy print to a muted glow. The happy medium preferred by portrait photographers for its sheen, this luster finish also has a delicate sparkle that makes images of water scintillate. The neutral tone, high D-Max and ink saturation make this photo paper an outstanding choice. It consistently delivers prints with extraordinary color. Because of slightly higher contrasts and color saturation Supra Luster features softer/smoother flesh-tone reproduction and greater highlight and shadow detail, all while delivering significant gains in image stability over the standard matte or glossy papers.
Silk paper adds a hint of texture and a semi glossy look. It's cast coated with a beautiful silk embossed finish on its surface which provides a subtle and stunning dynamic to the printed image. An interesting paper, quite unlike any other in its price range.
Metallic paper costs a little more, but it offers a lot more with a 108 year rating and superior scratch resistance (though it does scratch easily), it gives you a gleaming print that will last for generations. So much more captivating and commanding than even the Supra Luster it has to be seen to be appreciated. Black & Whites and Sepia tones literally shine on this paper. And it's a paper that enhances the color image to its maximum radiance; the colors nearly pop off the paper with a near-3-D quality.
There are more papers on the market continually, some not worth mentioning, and other, like those above that are definitely keepers. I will keep this page updated so you will always have the best and the most choices at your fingertips.
